As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Supervisor within PNC’s Enterprise Technology & Security Project Administration organization, this is a remote position that can sit within the PNC footprint, although it may not be available in all jurisdictions. Certain job responsibilities may require in-person, in office activities on a regular basis.

Job Description

  • Coordinates and supervises cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for implementing business planning processes. Executes strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and delivers solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Leads a team that executes best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
